shipping information 


question: what shipping carrier do you use?

answer: we ship via USPS and offer First Class and Priority options! please read and select carefully upon ordering :)


question: how can i track my package?

answer: emails will be generated once shipping labels are created, from there you can refer to said email or to the paypal transaction for the tracking number. you can search your tracking number on the USPS website for package updates then.


question: who is responsible for paying for any tax and/or custom/ import fees being charged?

answer: the buyer is responsible for covering any fees taxed to them.


question: what if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

answer: the seller is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. please contact USPS in regards to lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 


question: do you ship internationally?


answer: generally, yes we do (via usps), however, members of the UK will have to shop in hand sales on etsy; we are still shipping to Australia, but buyers will have to pay its current rate or have a proxy address. at this time, we are no longer shipping directly to Germany or France until better we gain a better understanding of their unique situation.



returns - exchanges - replacements


question: can i do a return?

answer: no, all sales are final regardless of buyer's remorse; lost, stolen, or damaged status once in the possession of the shipping carrier, etc.


question: how can i do an exchange/replacement?

answer: exchanges and replacements are only available if the buyer receives the wrong/damaged item (as in the item is the wrong grade/ wrong item from what was ordered or in a condition in which the item was clearly damaged prior to going into the shipping carrier's possession). an email with a photo of the product/ whole order along with the order number is required.



grading 


A grade: minimal to no flaws, any flaws are not noticeable unless viewed upon extremely close range. 


B grade: has some noticeable flaws but does not take away from the pin


C grade: noticeable flaws that are apparent on the pin


pins are handmade items that have a possibility of having defects such as: over or underfill of enamel, pin pricks/air bubbles, errored screenprint, issues with plating (only valid on the front side of the pin, not the back side), dust/ fingerprints, etc. All pins will be inspected and graded for quality, if you receive the wrong grade by accident please contact us on the appropriate page.
